In this role you will be responsible for:
- Organize our employee events (internal and external) from beginning to end, including e.g. thinking of the concept, themes, being in contact with our suppliers, keeping an eye on the budget, facilitating and/or hosting the event.
- Leverage (in creative ways) relevant internal communication vehicles to ensure employee awareness, understanding and participation in all types of events and programs.
- Roll out the annual Employee Opinion Survey and implement related projects and initiatives as per defined plans
- Support the Site community in organizing the yearly Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) and follow up activities.
- Perform activities as per the defined recognition programs and motivational initiatives such as scheduling of appreciation weeks
- Perform and/or support activities for Engagement Initiatives as per plans
- Analyze and recognize issues related to employee engagement and motivation; Recommend solutions and mechanisms to address the same
- Maintain required data, files and reports for Engagement and Diversity initiatives
- Organize CIS trainings, workshops, culture days and events including all admin tasks.
- Facilitate all onboarding activities, e.g. be an active facilitator for the Induction program and cross functional trainings.
- Assist with events and projects associated with organizational culture development
- Administer Employee Recognition Programs.
- Coordinate employee appreciation activities.
- Create and support the employee engagement initiatives and conduct projects to increase employee involvement and motivation (DHL Culture: RSE, wellbeing activities)
- Support strategy to involve employees in the CSR program (employee volunteering).
**Educational Qualifications & Other**:
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in HR, Communications, PR, or equivalent.
- Excellent written and spoken communications skills and able to connect in a trustworthy way with all layers of the employee community.
- Able to work independently on different projects and programs combined with good planning and administration skills.
- Tech savvy, familiar with modern software and technology.
- Positive energy, a drive to deliver and a willingness to learn and try new things out.
**Required Experience**:
- +5 years of operations or project management experience.
- +2 years of experience leading employee engagement strategies for international companies.
- Organizational Change Management experience.
- Strong facilitation skills - Certified Facilitator.
- Proven experience leading organizational culture programs.
- Full Professional English Proficiency.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Internal Communications Specialization.
- Experience in Graphic Design.
- Experience with Adobe Packages.
