Job Summary:
The Communications & Engagement Specialist is primarily responsible for the strategy, tactical execution, and project management of both internal & external communications for the organization. Additionally, as a cultural change agent, this position will have various roles, leading/ planning/ supporting, engagement activity via organizational programs and special projects.

**Communications**
- Act as a brand champion, ensuring that all communications pieces and programs support the firm’s brand and business strategy.
- Manage the internal communications process and execute the information accurately and timely
- Internal Communications - Corporate Intranet
- UltiPro Communications - Home, Company, and Manager Pages
- Manage communications strategy, plan, and execution for all internal initiatives and programs (i.e. Training, new systems/software, HR Programs, etc.)
- Collaborate with Business leaders to understand relevant and timely business updates to support organizational needs and objectives
- Manage implementation of quarterly Town Halls
- Support intranet site efforts
- Assist HR Leadership team and Marketing with event photography, posts, etc. for social media platforms, career sites and internal corporate intranet
- Working closely with graphic designers and translators.
**Engagement**
- Participate in Engagement Survey results interpretation, action planning framework and communications, and organizational communication of engagement survey full cycle
- Co-lead Culture Committee and sub-committees as necessary; manage corporate events calendar (engagement and communications based)
- Various roles on special projects regarding Engagement; i.e. New Hire Compa Program, Onboarding (with Learning & Development)
- Work with HRBPs and HR Generalists on field engagement and appreciation activities
- Manage Corporate post/hire onboarding hiring manager process (onboarding plans, desk/space set up, etc.) and new hire materials/resources
- Provide event planning for corporate events to include coordinating stakeholders, event logistics, venue, catering, and contracts/proposals
- Assist with Rewards & Recognition activities in collaboration with HR team
- Provide engagement related quarterly metrics/KPIs
- Implement post-event follow up or surveys as needed
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Human Resources preferred
- 2+ years’ experience with corporate communications
- 1+ years’ experience with event planning/coordination
- Excellent written/verbal/presentation skills required
- English Level C1
- Demonstrated technical aptitude with electronic communication platforms (i.e. intranets, HRIS landing pages, SharePoint Sites, social media - LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Advanced Word and PowerPoint skills
- Content design experience for various media types (print, online, video, etc.)
- Passion and personality for employee engagement, culture change, and inclusion
- Drive for results, self-motivation & taking initiative are critical for success
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Change agent - experienced with change management
