Client Support Assistant

The Client Support Assistant role that cares for our existing clients is the primary point of contact with current clients who have already signed on with us. This role provides crucial ongoing information, generates leads from referrals, and provides status updates for clients regarding their case.
Eagan Immigration is a US-based law firm dedicated to helping our clients explore their immigration options, create a plan for their case and obtain the immigration benefit for which they qualify. We care about our clients and their families and aim to support them at each stage of their immigration journey.
**Responsibilities**:
- Acts as first point of contact for current clients, liaising with customers and the company.
- Answers inbound phone calls and other contacts, responding to basic client queries, providing status updates, and sharing basic information about the Eagan Immigration process and upcoming timelines.
- Communicate with existing clients to obtain required and supportive documents for their cases.
- Shares updates and trends with Team Lead and rest of reception team, helping to identify solutions.
- Logs all notes and call information into MyCase.
- Enters Leads into MyCase and tracks follow up to inquiries.
- Supports Team Lead and Legal team on special projects and tasks as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of High School Bs. Degree.
- 2 years previous customer care experience with a preference for high volumes of inbound and outbound calls is valued.
- MS Office savvy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Access to reliable internet speed of at least 10-50MB.
- Willingness to adhere to the company values of compassion, innovation, communication, and commitment.
- Some flexibility in hours may be required.
