Este rol es responsable de
¿Cuál es tu día a día?
Apoyar a los usuarios de la oficina en temas de Seguridad, Construcción y Movimientos, adiciones y cambios (MAC) en proyectos;
Supervisar el proceso de orientación para nuevos empleados
Proporcionar el más alto nível de servicio al cliente a todos los empleados, proveedores e invitados
Gestión de inventarios y pedidos de material de oficina y de lugar de trabajo
Solicitar y gestionar órdenes de compra
Gestión de proveedores;
Coordinar los servicios del edificio (Servicio de Alimentos, Limpieza, EHS, Seguridad, Mantenimiento, otros).
Responsable de coordinar y ejecutar planes anuales a través de proveedores para el mantenimiento del sitio y servicios de limpieza.
Ser el único punto de contacto para los clientes en la oficina.
Ser el enlace de contacto por motivos operativos con el Land Lord y el cliente.
Coordinar el programa de Mantenimiento Preventivo y Planificado para minimizar los costos de mantenimiento, reparación y reemplazo junto con minimizar el riesgo de fallas de la planta.
Asegúrese de que todo el mantenimiento reactivo se complete según los plazos acordados.
Mantener CMMS actualizado con respecto a los insumos de gestión de equipos y activos. Incluye rutinas de mantenimiento y ficha técnica de todos los equipos.
Cumplir con las listas de verificación de inspección de instalaciones y realizar un seguimiento de las acciones correctivas.
Experiência y habilidades técnicas deseadas
Experiência previa de 3 años, en la administracion de servicios generales y mantenimiento en oficinas corporativas.
Licenciatura en Administracion, arquitectura o Afin
Habilidades básicas sobre legislación de zonas francas.
Pasion por el servicio al cliente
Manejo de provedores
adminsitracion de presupuesto para la operacion de oficinas.
