Sourcing Coordinator

**Requisitos**:
- Licenciatura concluida en áreas: Administrativas, Mercadotecnia, Relaciones Comerciales, o afín
- Experiência de +3 años en puesto similar en servicios FM.
- Capacidad de personal a cargo.
- Paquetería Office: intermedio (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas).
**Funciones**:
- Ejecutar estrategias de abastecimiento de materiales.
- Desarrollar planes por categoría para proporcionar visibilidad de los gastos de cada subcategoría administrada.
- Asegurar ahorros a través de proyectos de abastecimiento regionales y alinearse con los estándares de cumplimiento.
- Negociaciones y compras basadas en las tendencias de gestión de instalaciones.
- Ejecución de compras de servicios de gestión de residuos limpieza, fumigaciones, mantenimiento de pisos, mantenimiento eléctrico y mecánico en oficinas, plantas manufactureras e instalaciones críticas, mantenimiento de HVAC, reemplazo de activos HVAC, entre otras.
- Gestión efectiva de riesgo y compliance con todos los proveedores en cartera: administración de contratos, licitaciones, pólizas de responsabilidad civil, así como todo su expediente completo antes de ejecutar servicios o comprar materiales.
