**About The Role**

As a Marketing Specialist you will be at the forefront of our efforts to drive brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and foster strategic relationships with partners. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, orchestrating impactful events, and cultivating partnerships within the Salesforce ecosystem to accelerate our company's growth and success.

You'll be working across our key offers in Energy & Utilities, Net Zero and Inardua Labs, in markets across the UK, Europe and the Americas and will be working directly with our Founders, Directors and Practice Leads to develop and implement our plans.

We understand that Marketing is broad and we're not expecting one person to cover every part of it, while we've given some of the areas we'd invisage being part of the role we're open to suggestions on the best way of reaching our target markets and would welcome an individual who is able to shape the role in a way they see fit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop compelling and relevant content including blog posts, case studies, white papers, newsletters, and social media posts that highlight our expertise in Salesforce solutions.
- **Social Media Management**: Maintain and grow our social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, X and others. Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics.
- **Event Management**: Coordinate and promote webinars, workshops, and industry events. Manage event logistics and follow-up communications.
- **Partnerships**: Work with our Partners and Clients to develop co-branded campaigns and content.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.

**Additional/Secondary Responsibilities**:

- **SEO/SEM**: Optimize website content for search engines and manage SEM campaigns to increase online visibility and drive traffic to our website.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms. Generate regular reports to track KPIs and ROI.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in marketing, events and/or partnership development, preferably in the technology or consulting industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
