**ROLE PROFILE**

**JOB TITLE: OTC Analyst**

**FUNCTION: Finance**

**CITY & COUNTRY: Heredia, Costa Rica**

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

As a key player of the OTC team, you will be responsible for the delivery of effective and efficient finance processes as OTC Analyst. Follow the designed control metrics from a GBS Centre as described in OTC taxonomy. Delivers the service to meet SLAs and KPIs to ensure positive Voice of Customer feedback.

**Reports to**:OTC - Team Lead

**Geographic Scope**:Americas

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Ensure compliance with all Global Credit policies and procedures with emphasis to address any local specifics and requirements as needed.
- Proactive Customer relationship building continually seek out ways to improve customer satisfaction, communication & query resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and deadlines during the flows of all assigned finance processes.
- Processing of duties within demanding SLAs
- Look for initiatives and ideas to improve the assigned processes
- Prepare and present analytical reports to present within the team
- Analyze different request from customers and end market
- Other duties as assigned.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- 1-2 years of experience in OTC or finance processes (rebates knowledge can be an asset).
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with partners and team members.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel level.
- Sales Force/ Mic knowledge is a plus.
- Advanced English Level
- Student or graduated of Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields is preferred.
