**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
This role is part of the OTC team that provides service to Brazil.
The role is responsible for managing multiple customer accounts for debt collection efforts.
**Reports to**:Team leader
**Reporting Level**:No direct reports
**Geographic Scope**:Brazil region
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- **
Ensure compliance with all Global Collection policies and procedures with emphasis to address any local specifics and requirements as needed.**:
- ** Proactive Customer relationship building continually seeks out ways to improve customer satisfaction, communication & query resolution.**:
- ** Report accounts receivable status**:
- ** Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts**
**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**
- **Do you have experience in Collections, Cash Applications, and Credit Analyst?**:
- ** Are you fluent in Portuguese?**:
- ** Are you skilled with MS Excel?**
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- **
1 year of collections OTC experience (cash operations and credit knowledge can be an asset).**:
- ** Advanced Portuguese level.**:
- ** Intermediate Excel level.**:
- ** Student or graduate of Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.**

- ** Salesforce knowledge desirable.**:
- ** BPC system knowledge desirable.**:
- ** SAP knowledge is a plus.**
