**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Non-management

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

As a senior collections analyst, you will manage collection efforts for assigned portfolios of accounts, and conduct detailed research, queries, reconciliation, and analysis required to resolve all non-payment or account disputes. Process payment from customers and produce account status reports for management review.

**Reporting Level**:Non-Managerial

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**

- Manage collection efforts for assigned portfolio of accounts and conduct detailed research, queries, reconciliation, and analysis required to resolve all non-payment or account disputes such as process and review of refunds and account adjustments.
- Develop solutions and implement action plans to resolve delinquencies in a timely and effective manner including the review of refunds and account adjustments.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts, customer calls, and balance write-offs
- Performs analysis of accounts receivables and aging reports information in order to support decision making.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and makes recommendations and complies towards effective business controls through review, analysis, and verification.
- Reporting, negotiation proven skills with high end costumers and stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining proactive working relationships with the sales and other finance teams.
- Proactive Customer relationship building, continually seek out ways to improve customer satisfaction, communication & query resolution.
- Negotiate Payments Plans, Solutions & Reconciliations with Risk Assessment and ensure compliance with collections policies and procedures.

**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**
- Do you have B2+/C1 English Level?
- Do you have a Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Collector?

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Collector.
- Knowledge of collections process.
- Cares and watches over the group's objectives and results.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships both internally and externally.
- Be a team player to achieve departmental targets.
- Should have an eye to details and work in sync with global processes.
- Experience of SAP.
- Microsoft Office Excel advanced knowledge.
- English and Spanish fluency B2/C1.
