**BAT COSTA RICA** **IS LOOKING FOR AN ORDER TO CASH ANALYST**

**SENIORITY LEVEL**:non-management

**FUNCTION**: Finance

**LOCATION**:Costa Rica

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

This role is part of GBS Finance. The role is responsible for processing discounting payments for retailers contracted with Reynolds and their sales representatives. Resolve inquiries about contracts, payments, payment dates, products among others.

**Reports to: OTC Team Leader**

**Geographic Scope: USA**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Precise analysis of contracted accounts.
- Assist TMR’s with inquiries related to the contracted retailers.
- Comply the process important metrics.
- Process documentation.
- Complete all reports assigned in the recurrence required.
- Analyze and handle situations that may arise, different from the work routine.
- Proactive and looking for possible improvements to make the processes simpler and faster.

- Are you passionate about finance?

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- At least 1 year of analyst experience or related.
- Experience working under pressure.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel & Outlook).
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with partners and team members.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- B2+ English Level.
- Student or graduated of Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
