5+ years of Accounts Receivable (AR) experience
- 5+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
- 5+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- 5+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Excellent time management skills. Ability to prioritize, work independently, and deliver on urgent priorities.
- Strong communication skills, able to positively influence behaviors and outcomes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a work ethic based upon a strong desire to exceed expectations.
- Project management ability that shows how to organize, find solutions, follow through to a successful conclusion.
- Demonstrated data analytics proficiency (excel skills, experience using Tableau or BI tools).
- Bachelor's Degree or Studies in Finance, business, engineering, statistics, or related analytical field.
- 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
- MBA, or CPA
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- 6+ years of Order to cash full cycle expertise.
- Expertise in Six Sigma or other Lean defect reduction techniques.
