**BAT COSTA RICA IS LOOKING FOR AN ORDER TO CASH ANALYST (BILLING)**

**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Non-management

**FUNCTION**: Finance

**SALARY RANGE**:Competitive Salary + Excellent benefits + Market leading bonus

**LOCATION**:Heredia, Costa Rica

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

As a key player of the OTC team, you will be responsible for the delivery of effective and efficient finance transactional processes. Follow the designed control metrics from a GBS Centre as described in OTC taxonomy. Delivers the service to meet SLAs and KPIs to ensure positive Voice of Customer feedback.

**Reports to**:OTC - Team Leader

**Reporting Level**:No direct reports

**Geographic Scope**:Canada

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Ensure compliance with all Global Credit policies and procedures with emphasis to address any local specifics and requirements as needed.
- Proactive Customer relationship building continually.
- Seek out ways to improve customer satisfaction, communication & query resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and deadlines during billing adjustments creations and reporting.
- Prepare and present analytical reports.
- Other duties as assigned.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- 1-2 years of experience in OTC processes (Billing knowledge can be an asset).
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with partners and team members.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- SAP knowledge.
- Advanced Excel level.
- English - at least B2.
- Student or graduated of Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
