**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

This role is part of DBS - GBS Finance.

As a key player of the finance operations role in BAT Business Services (GBS) you will be responsible for the delivery of effective and efficient finance transactional processes. Delivers the service to meet Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators and to ensure positive voice of customer feedback.

**Reports to**:OTC Credit Team Lead

**Reporting Level**:Non - Management

**Geographic Scope**:United States

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Handle multiple customer accounts for reconciliation collection efforts.
- Direct management with the end market for reconciliation of sales representatives.
- Monitoring and compensation of product returns nationwide.
- National follow-up of the billing process.
- Achieving individual monthly cash targets.
- Creating and maintaining proactive working relationships with the sales and other finance teams.
- Proactive Customer relationship building, continually seek out ways to improve customer satisfaction, communication & query resolution.
- Negotiate Payments Plans, Solutions & Reconciliations with Risk Assessment.
- Ensure compliance with collections policies and procedures.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Currently studying or graduated in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience or knowledge in Accounts Receivable (OTC) under Business-to-Business space.
- Proficient English level, verbal, and writing.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel & Outlook).
- Be a great teammate to achieve departmental targets.
- An eye to details and work in sync with global processes.
- Assertiveness and the ability to utilise own initiative and judgement.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships both internally and externally.
