**SENIORITY LEVEL: Experienced-Non Management Level**

**FUNCTION: Finance**

**LOCATION: Heredia, Costa Rica**

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

This person will be responsible for helping grow the team, ensure delivery of timely and accurate information for internal teams and customers. Highly motivated and detail oriented to maintain customer satisfaction, problem solver and lead the members of team with your decisions.

**Reports to: Order to Cash Manager**

**Reporting Level: Junior Level**

**Geographic Scope: US**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Ensure the daily activities for credit management process are performance on time and with accuracy
- Develop strong working relationships with End Market (EM) and internal teams
- Effectively integrate with project resources and leadership, collaborating with the Project participants to lead meetings and facilitate working sessions across the OTC area
- Continually supervise and assess the adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure good results with Internal/External audits
- Ensure that team execute the reports or processes according to Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Led OTC dashboard automatization by doing tests, leading the sessions with the different teams, and achieving the established automation target
- Follow up on the issues that are captured in the OTC Dashboard
- Periodically assess the addition of new checkpoints and the broadening of the scope of other checkpoints

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in OTC Processes.
- English - at least B2+
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be flexible and adaptable to work with various levels of employees and leaders (up to and including executives).
- Must have proven ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and effectively prioritize daily, weekly, or monthly activities.
- Effectively manage multiple deliverables and priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and develop alternative scenarios or options
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Strong customer focus and presentation skills
