Sales and Marketing Commissions Analytics Analyst role is a full desk which the primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Forecasts Sales Incentives spending, completes quarterly close, analyzes variances/trends, as well as identifies any risks and opportunities to current POR.
- Create and communicate results of SMG Sales Incentives forecasting and financial analysis to key stakeholders and management. This role requires frequent stakeholder management with both Business Operations and Finance Controllers and VPs.
- Support ad-hoc analysis leveraging existing tools using Power Query and Power BI.
- The analyst should have a passion and an aptitude for innovation, business processes improvement; systems, business acumen, learning new technical skills on the job and problem solving.
- Experience with DAX is strongly desired, and desire to improve existing Power BI, Power Query, and analytical skills is a must.
- Data and Financial Analysis: Strong data analysis utilizing large datasets to extract valuable insights, leveraging statistical techniques, data visualization tools, and financial knowledge to drive informed decision-making. Independently and proactively analyzes financial information and develops solutions to complex problems. Consistently utilizes and applies advanced financial modeling, accounting, business and risk management skills. Displays analytical skills and critical thinking in compliance with internal policies. Ensures compliance with reporting standards and corporate policies and the integrity of external and internal reporting.
- Complex Problem Solving: Identifies problems and seeks help in determining root cause. Searches for solutions and develops them in own area of responsibility. Develops effective solutions to a broad mix of moderate to complex business challenges.
- Communication: Develops and delivers information clearly and concisely, in a well-organized manner. Waits until presenter is done with their idea before speaking and asks clarifying questions when they are most useful. Presents confidently and professionally to senior stakeholders. Understands how senior stakeholders think and provide answers and insights that helps them influence or make a decision.
- Action Orientation: Displays drive, energy and stays focused and aligns priorities despite uncertainty. Plans and schedules own work to ensure the timely completion of interrelated to independent tasks and projects with very limited direction.
- Ambiguity/Adaptability: Enable to navigate complex and uncertain situations with ease, allowing them to identify multiple perspectives, anticipate potential outcomes, and make sound decisions in the face of ambiguity and limited information. Adjusts in the ever-changing financial landscape. Can acclimate to new technologies and regulations, effectively responding to challenges and finding creative solutions to meet evolving needs of the organization.
- Process Improvement: Willingness to optimize processes including but not limited to Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Automation, etc.

**Qualifications**:** Minimum Qualifications**:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
- Must be an active student of, or must possess a Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Finance
- Systems / Data experience, and Desire to improve existing Power BI, Power Query, and analytical skills.
- Advanced English level.
- Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Costa Rica.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with DAX is strongly desired
