Job Title: Marketing Campaign Coordinator

The Marketing Campaign Coordinator will play a pivotal role in optimizing end-to-end campaign execution, translating diverse business requirements into precise technical specifications for setup, optimization, and delivery. In collaboration with Sales, Sales Support, Operations, and Analytics, this role ensures high-quality campaigns for our internal clients.

This position requires strong technical skills to effectively translate business requirements into precise technical specifications and successfully input them into the Catalina Media Platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to handle difficult situations and ensure a positive experience for clients and internal stakeholders throughout campaign execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and high-quality campaign execution by translating business requirements into technical specifications, conducting a thorough analysis of campaign details, and entering the resulting technical specifications into the Catalina Media Platform for effective program creation.
  • Translate diverse business requirements into precise technical specifications for seamless program execution.
  • Participate in kick-off calls to align with program objectives, seek clarification, and ensure a comprehensive understanding of client needs.
  • Implement thorough self-check processes to ensure the highest quality of campaign execution, addressing any missing specifications at handoff.
  • Execute campaigns based on business requirements provided by Sales and Customer Delivery and Success teams to achieve anticipated outcomes.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate launch of campaigns/programs in the market on the specified start date.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and proactive critical thinking to identify and address potential roadblocks through a comprehensive understanding of the program's intent, and if any uncertainties or discrepancies arise, proactively communicate, and seek the right direction.
  • Collaborate proactively with internal partners to troubleshoot and address issues specific to campaign execution, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
  • Keep key partners (Product, Commercialization, Sales, etc.) and Leadership informed of any barriers that may prevent or delay Catalina from delivering against client investment and plan.
  • Adhere to execution best practices, ensuring overall quality and compliance standards, and effectively managing against retailer and/or industry-specific requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of industry experience in Promotions, Advertising, Marketing, or Campaign Management in multiple channels; digital channel preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with campaign setup and execution comprised of multiple media channels.
  • Strong technical skills to effectively translate business requirements into precise technical specifications and successfully input them into the Catalina Media Platform.
  • Ability to conduct thorough analyses of campaign details, ensuring accuracy and high quality in execution.
  • Understanding and experience in executing in-store campaigns aligned with client-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while leveraging multiple platforms and historical insights.
  • Demonstrated customer orientation, responsiveness, and the ability to build partnerships internally.
  • Proven capability to handle difficult situations and ensure a positive experience for clients and internal stakeholders throughout campaign execution.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills to actively participate in kick-off calls, align with program objectives, seek clarification, and ensure a comprehensive understanding of client needs.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
