Resumen:
**¿Cuál es el rol?**
Será responsable de la definición y ejecución de la estrategia de Fidelización, Renovación y Retención de todos los segmentos de clientes de la compañía, liderando la gestión completa del ciclo de vida de los clientes de todos los productos que comercializamos.
Responsable de la gestión e indicadores de Bajas y Churn del parque Postpago, Prepago Fijo y Convergente B2C
**Responsabilidades**:
**¿Qué vas a hacer?**
- Responsable de la gestión de Campañas de Loyalty & Rewards convergentes, fijos y móviles.
- Responsable de la gestión de la Plataforma de Blindaje y Renovaciones de contrato: convergente, fijo & móviles.
- Encargado de gestionar la Portabilidad Móvil.
- Responsable de velar por el cumplimiento de los Kpis: Churn Company, Churn Parque Convergente, Churn por Product: Prepago, Pospago, Fijo, % Parque Blindado, Portabilidad %
- Responsable de la gestión de la Plataforma de Retención: convergente, fijo & móviles.
- Asegurar la gestión efectiva de Retención de Clientes de la compañía integrada.
- Desarrollar la estrategia de Loyalty para todos los productos y Parques.
- Cualquier otra función afín requerida por necesidad de la empresa, derivada de cambios en las operaciones de negocio
Calificaciones:
**Conocimiento y Experiência**
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingenieria Industrial o carreras afines al puesto.
- 3 años de experiência en puestos similares con experiência en manejo de personal.
- Manejo de Office.
- Conocimiento de idioma inglés en nível intermedio - avanzado.Experiência en el mercado de las telecomunicaciones (Celular, TV)
- Conocimiento en Implementación de Proyectos.
- Experiência en resolución de problema.
- Deseable con Lic B1 y vehículo propio.
