The position will be responsible to coordinate, review and supervise all matters related end to end assets management process owned by GREF, including tasks related to trade compliance of imports, exports and overall customs administration of Amazon SJO sites primarily but then to drive consistency across LATAM GREF managed locations.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities includes**:
Ensure GREF’s asset management process and controls are aligned with local regulatory requirements.
Ensure consolidation of GREF’s fixed asset information to enable a complete and accurate record of the identification end to end cycle of the asset.
Work closely with Compliance business unite to assure the role of asset administrator is fulfilled properly according to local process standards.
Receive and maintain documentation on the movement of GREF’s fixed assets, i.e., transfer, moves, assignation, imports, exports and write-off.
Capacity to create simple to complex reports that include but not limited to: asset movements, assets commissioning and decommissioning, asset accuracy, asset maintenance, among others. Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Review and confirm new GREF’s fixed asset additions following local procedures; review assets and asset information to ensure uniformity and accurate entry in asset management system.
Execute the planning of GREF’s fixed assets disposals as required by the business.
Review, coordinate and supervise all import, exports and FTZ relocations for Amazon SJO GREF’s assets.
Review all shipment documentation to confirm accuracy and perform data input according to regulatory requirements.
Control and clear all business-related Export-Import operations for the site, and audit all documentation.
Review and/or perform all customs declarations as well as coordinating and following up with brokers when the information filed has discrepancies and an amendment is required.
Coordinate with all brokers in ensuring compliance with Amazon operational guidelines and following up on solving issues.
Others as assigned per business dynamics requires.

**Requirements**:
**Academic Background**:
In-Progress or completed technical degree (or equivalent) in Customs, International Trade or Commerce

**Experience**:
3+ years of experience in assets management, Compliance or FTZ/Customs related roles

**Skills**:
Must be able to adequately perform physical activities including but not limited to as lifting up to fifty (50) pounds, bend and move supplies and assets or remain stand for long periods of time as well as operate required warehouse machinery in a safe and approved manner.
Communication capabilities to interact with colleagues on a day-to-day basis.
Customer service attitude.
Proficient knowledge or working experience with Excel.
Teamwork to work with colleagues to accomplish tasks.
Dependability to drive productivity without, achieve results and complete assigned task with little supervision.
Learning agility to expand its skills set and knowledge to drive continues improvement on the job.
Flexibility to be able to manage ambiguity and work across many departments as the case may be. It will also need the ability and willingness to handle a flexible and ever-changing work environment.
Be organized as they can be to organize or arrange products according to the standards and manage inventory counts while fulfilling the day-to-day requirements.
Proactivity and biased for action to be more productive and effective.
Abstract thinking as the ability to understand and absorb complex concepts and information to drive ideas, principles and solutions is creative ways challenging the status quo.

**Languages**:
English B2+ as minimum
Others
Highly proficient in TICA, VUCE and ClienteVan
Working knowledge of free trade zone regime, customs legislation, government-Procomer audits.
