Sales Executive

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un(a) **Sales Executive **para el CEDI ubicado en **Desamparados, Costa Rica**.

**OBJETIVO**

Planificar y ejecutar a los planes territoriales, asegurando el desarrollo del Sell Out de los distribuidores asignados, por medio del seguimiento y acompañamiento a fuerza de ventas del distribuidor

**RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Ejecutar el proceso de ventas (Sell Out), tomando en cuenta el nível de inventarios y revisando los objetivos de venta semanales por ruta a fin de asegurar su cumplimiento en tiempo y forma
- Asegurar los níveles de inventarios en las bodegas del cliente, mediante el control en los excesos y balance de producto, cumpliendo con los parámetros establecidos
- Registrar y/o descatalogar los diferentes productos a sus clientes según el Right Assortment, con el fin de apoyar la introducción y posicionamiento de nuevos productos en el mercado, mediante el mantenimiento del mix en el canal de distribución
- Aperturar las nuevas cuentas directas a través del correcto proceso de identificación, depuración y seguimiento de las mismas estableciendo su potencial de ventas en el corto y mediano plazo
- Coordinar con el departamento de distribución horarios y fechas de entrega de la mercadería solicitada para los clientes, con el propósito de asegurar una entrega a tiempo y oportuna con las cantidades definidas
- Optimizar la cobertura efectiva/distribución numérica en el territorio asignado, según objetivos trimestrales
- Monitorear el desempeño de los diferentes grupos de clientes en el territorio asignado, recomendando acciones para alcanzar los objetivos de sell out
- Mantener y fortalecer la relación comercial con los clientes
- Asegurar la excelencia en la ejecución de los KPIs de Perfect Store (DPSM)
- Coordinar la correcta ejecucion de Master Plan, a través de la venta en los negocios de Retail Execution en colaboracion con Trade Marketing
- Desarrollar los capabilities de la fuerza de ventas a través de capacitaciones varias

**REQUERIMIENTOS**
- Experiência mínimo 3 años en ventas o trade marketing
- Bachillerato universitario en Administracion de Empresas, Marketing, Ingenieria Industrial o Ventas.
- Manejo de inglés intermedio-avanzado
- Vehiculo propio
