Overview:
We’re seeking a customer-oriented Telephone Sales Executive to contribute to the overall success of the Monifai Commercial Department and ensure sales volumes meet expectations set in the sales plan. You will be responsible for developing the daily activities of this role based on company rules, policies, and internal procedures.

**Responsibilities**:
**This role will**:
- Conduct telephone sales for the company’s products, advising customers on what products suit their needs.
- Responsibly manage Monifai’s phone sales database, accurately updating lead information.
- Follow the telephone sales process and sales scripts provided by Monifai to ensure the customer understands the product and conditions of purchase.
- Understand Monifai’s risk culture and follow it in daily activities and decision-making.
- Operate effectively and efficiently to ensure adequacy, compliance, and effectiveness regarding business controls reducing operational compliance risk, money laundering risk, and terrorist financing risk, including responsibilities under the Operational Risk Framework, the Regulatory Non-Compliance Risk Management Framework, the International Manual on Money Laundering Prevention and Terrorism Financing and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.
- Maintain a comprehensive risk management process in customer relationships and perform due diligence required for suppliers as stipulated by Monifai’s policies.
Qualifications:
**In this role**:
- A high school diploma is required.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in telephone sales for financial or insurance products are required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
- Knowledge of the local and regulatory market is required.
- Experience with credit products is required.
