**Job Overview**
The main objective from this position is to collect debts and resolve any outstanding balances by reaching out to existing customers, Its also part of their duties to develop payment plans and recovery processes, making sure that the security of the company comes first.
**Job Functions**
- Collect payments on past due bills
- Analyze and create list of customers who have not made payments
- Customer facing skills with outbound calls
- Inform clients of overdue accounts and amounts
- Ensure customer information is correct and accurate
**Job Requirements**
- Solid understanding of repayment schedules and bad debt management
- 1 year experience in customer service in finance area or collections
- English language proficiency, both written and oral.
- Microsoft package knowledge (Excel, Word)
- Good communication skills and ability to solve problems
- Schedule flexibility
