We are looking for someone who would be part of Retail Collections Ops team as Associate Collector responsible for contact customers to determine the reason for payment delinquency in Western Union.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Primary responsibility is Online support to agent phone inquiries related to Collections.
- Incident and cases management for Agent escalations.
- Take prompt action to reactivate agents that comply with payment terms.
- Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
- May answer inquiries and resolve problems in coordination with team members or other functional areas.
- Requires limited knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services.
**Role Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Typically, has less than 18 months of finance, accounting, or collections experience.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to influence and drive execution.
- Passionate about working in a multicultural environment.
