We help our clients with message taking, appointment setting, live call interpretation, lead capture and more. As a company that's obsessively focused on our caller's experience, we focus on providing the caller with an efficient and pleasant experience and sending accurate messages to our customers. **Requirements**:
**What does it take to be a part of the #HeroSquad?**:

- Advanced English (C1 or higher) and Spanish
- Excellent spoken and written communication
- A high school diploma
- Strong soft skills, empathy, friendly demeanor, helpfulness
- Attention to detail and active listening
- Availability to work one weekend day
- Reliable and stable

**Work from Home requirements**:

- WFH is available only after the on-site training is complete
