Trane está en búsqueda de un Inside Sales Engineer para su oficina en Costa Rica. Esta persona trabajará como consultor técnico de ventas para Account Managers en la aplicación y venta de soluciones de sistemas ambientales para edificios comerciales, industriales e institucionales (HVAC). Será responsable de soporte para las ventas tanto de equipos aplicados y unitarios para el mercado de Centroamérica.
**Responsabilidades**:
Brinda apoyo a los ejecutivos de cuentas. Realiza selección de equipos usando los software de selección, prepara propuestas y apoya la gestión de ventas de sistemas HVAC integrados.
Realiza el proceso de desarrollo de la cuenta para los clientes asignados.
Realiza estimaciones de precios y cotizaciones para proyectos.
Realiza funciones de soporte y asesoría a ingenieros y firmas consultoras.
Monitorea y rastrea proyectos cotizados y pedidos actuales.
Gestiona planes y despegues de especificaciones, selección, precios y licitaciones.
Prepara, ingresa y da seguimiento a los pedidos de fábrica y almacén del cliente.
Es responsable por mantener actualizada la información de ventas diaria y compras de stock.
Recopila, organiza y reúne datos para informes, presentaciones y/o proyectos especiales.
Responde a las necesidades del cliente identificando sistemas, productos, generando cotizaciones y cerrando pedidos.
Comunica los cambios de pedidos a los clientes cuando es necesario. Desarrolla múltiples relaciones con actores clave en la organización del cliente, incluidos gerentes de proyectos, ingenieros de proyectos, personal de construcción, finanzas y compras.
Debe ingresar datos estadísticos en la propuesta compartida y los registros de ventas.
Es responsable por asegurar la satisfacción del cliente respondiendo preguntas, aclarando dudas y ofreciendo solución a sus necesidades de precio, de disponibilidad y despachos. Identificando pronto las necesidades del cliente y dándole solución rápida.
Revisar los Order Acknowlegment, precios y modelos, cuando sean enviados por el ILC para cada orden de compra y retroalimentarlo de acuerdo con el resultado.
**Calificaciones**:
Licenciatura concluida en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electromecánica, Automatización, Mecatrónica o similares.
Deseable experiência de 1 a 3 años con equipos HVAC.
Dominio de Inglés Intermedio (lectura y escritura).
**Conocimiento de Sales Force, Oracle**: deseable.
