**Job Summary**:
Work with global sales team to support transactional business process.

The position currently manages quoting process for EMEA, APJ, LATAM, which requires agents to manage and learn rules, exceptions and procedures to be able to meet KPI target 97% in all quotes.

Additionally, the need to work under pressure and handle complex deals within a 2-hour SLA response time in 97% of all quotes.

**Principal Duties/Responsibilities Required**:

- Create quotes for all regions (EMEA, APJ, AMERICAS (NA (USA & CANADA), LATAM ) (20%)
- Data analysis to validate potential quote creation (30%)
- Assist sales with PO (Purchase order) validation for all regions (10%)
- Manage all communication with Team (10%)
- Daily data entry for reporting needs (15%)
- Manage all communication and follow-up with Dell's Distribution team for pricing or SKU creation (10%)
- Manage all communication with other Dell departments such as Finance when needed (5%)

- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
- Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.

- Able to be immobile for long extended periods.
- Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others.
- Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.
- Able to quickly learn new systems and technology.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- 1+ years of relevant work experience.

**Education & Certifications**:

- High School Graduate with Computer skills and Microsoft Proficiency field of study required.
- Some College with Accounting or Business Field of Study preferred.

**Working Conditions**:

- Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
- On-call availability required as necessary.
