**Job Description**:
**Role Purpose**

The Client Services Analyst** **Expert will be part of a team, actively working with clients and Experian staff to provide ongoing support, managing research, and process improvement/automation projects. The Analyst will also be responsible for assisting data reporting clients and ensuring existing clients are billed accurately per contract terms.

**Major Job Functions**
- Assign and monitor detailed project tasks and communicate summary level information to management and involved parties as required.
- May supervise project resources on assigned projects.
- Outline processing plans to support the implementation of new programs or processes.
- Identify problems/solutions and lead research on complex issues. Serve as a resource to resolve technical problems. Provide technical training and support.
- May lead client or management meetings as necessary.
- Proactively keep abreast of new technology, procedures and programs and have an understanding of related software systems.
- Provide input to improve product documentation and training

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Requires a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a clients services role
- Advanced analytical skills (problem identification/ resolution).
- Strong PC skills, may include JCL, mainframe, sql, unix, oracle and DB3 Quest. Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Good project management skills.
- Good leadership skills.
- Advanced customer service skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to work closely with diverse group of internal / external organizational members.
- Basic leadership skills a plus
- Multitasking and Time Management skills
