About the Team

Join the Delivery Operations team at Workday, where we ensure the success of our customer’s deployments by supporting Workday’s global services ecosystem. We specialize in the Launch Reservation Process and Workday’s Delivery Assurance (DA) and Delivery Review & Assessment methodologies.

We’re growing our team in Costa Rica and are looking for a Costa Rica-based colleague to be a part of our resourceful group.

About the Role

As a part of the Launch Reservation Process our Services Operations Analyst will collaborate with multiple teams throughout the sales prospect lifecycle, including Workday Account Executives, Services Executives, Resource Managers, Delivery Directors and Sales Leadership.

As it relates to DA & DRA, this person will work to support the DA and DRA Managers, Engagement / Project Managers, and Consultants within Workday’s Global Professional Services Ecosystem to ensure the successful execution of the DA activities for our customers’ deployments.

Our new colleague will contribute in various areas, including the coordination of the Launch Reservation Process, execution of DA & DRA quality reviews, general operations and process improvement initiatives, and reporting and analytics:
Launch Reservation Process- Act as the main point of contact for the Launch Reservation Process-
- Coordinate with the Sales and Services organizations to ensure reservations are accounted for and properly processed-
- Maintain and support reports and dashboards for all reservations-
- Continually evaluate the process, reports, and dashboards for ways to improve and automate

Delivery Assurance and Delivery Review & Assessment- Review Checkpoints as part of the DA & DRA processes for various Workday Product Areas. This involves reviewing content to ensure completeness and accuracy to enable the project to proceed and ultimately ensure the success of our deployments- Support the Global Professional Services Organization with all incoming inquiries regarding the DA & DRA programs and reviews- Identify opportunities for business process improvements and make recommendations as appropriate
