- Position Purpose: Responsible for executing the Compensation and Benefits processes. Applies analytical skills to generate reports and provide data-driven recommendations for a broad range of HR processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Compensation:_- Consults with leaders and applies technical and analytical skills to a wide range of compensation matters involving total compensation plan design and administration.-
- Works with leaders on organizational design issues to develop job families and hierarchies as part of the job evaluation process.-
- Evaluates and market prices positions at all levels of the organization utilizing external market data and internal position comparisons to make salary structure and pay grade recommendations.-
- Gathers anecdotal data where survey data is limited and assist with interpreting and communicating findings.-
- Consults with Corporate Compensation as needed.-
- Analyzes positions and prepares job descriptions in cooperation with business area leaders and/or other HR team members.-
- Communicates and administers compensation policy and procedures, provides ongoing support to management and employees through compensation education to ensure thorough understanding of pay programs.-
- Contribute to compensation projects as assigned.- Benefits:_- Conducts comprehensive analyses of existing benefits programs to identify areas for improvement or cost savings.-
- Designs, recommends, and implements new benefit plans or modifications to existing plans that meet company objectives and employee needs.-
- Monitors benefits trends, legislation, and compliance requirements.-
- Develops communication strategies to explain benefits offerings to employees.-
- Performs financial analysis to predict the impact of benefits changes on company finances.-
- Evaluates the effectiveness of benefits programs.- Data Analysis and Reporting:_- Collects, analyzes, and interprets HR data from various sources, including employee databases, surveys, and performance metrics.-
- Generates regular and ad-hoc reports to support HR and business leaders in making informed decisions.- HR Metrics and Dashboards:_- Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to provide insights into workforce trends, turnover, recruitment, and other key HR areas.-
- Supports the team to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against organizational goals.- Advisory Support:_- Collaborate with HR business partners and other departments to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for HR programs, policies, and initiatives.-
- Participate in cross-functional projects that involve HR data analysis and reporting.-
- Responsible for providing HR approval to certain benefits.- Continuous Improvement:_- Leads the business process management efforts for the team to drive documentation, cross-training and efficiency.-
- Identifies opportunities to enhance HR processes through data-driven insights and recommend improvements.-
- Stays current on industry best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics.-
- Partners with the development team to create tools or enhancements for existing processes.English Level: C1
- Education Level:_ _Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Years of Experience:_ _3+

Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis software.-
- Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and databases.-
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.-
- Effective communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.-
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.-
- Honesty and trustworthy.-

- Organized and methodic-
