**Admin Assistant Role**

**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**:

- Executive support of C-level executive and Senior Leadership team members as requested.
- Preparation of reports, memos, letters, presentations and other documents as requested.
- Basic office tasks, including maintaining calendars and assisting in coordinating scheduling among numerous leaders’ availability.
- Plans, organizes and accurately records minutes and information for meetings, including but not limited to leadership and board meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense management.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Associate degree preferred.
- Three years as Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with calendar systems, including Outlook, and maintaining them for executive team members.
- Knowledge of office systems and equipment, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office Suite products, printers/scanners and maintaining filing system.
- Ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
