- Experience on leading stakeholder engagements with senior and international leaders.

As Sales Manager, you will be having the opportunity to:

- Be in charge of a team highly determined Customer Advisors and/or Account Representatives within the Sales Team.
- Maturing business feature adoption and achieving customer planned spend growth in a highly speed market environment in the US
- To work closely with internal partner teams to develop and implement go to market (GTM) strategies in the Small and Medium Business vertical.
- Interact with local and international stakeholders and understand how to identify, develop, negotiate and close large, complex deals
- Analyze several sources of data from business, product, and technical challenges, in order to convey compelling value propositions, and work cross-organizationally to build consensus
- Building scalable mechanisms to create a high performing team with tangible and progressive goals both in the sales, business development and individual performance perspective.
- Engage and create development and coaching plans for your direct reports.

Key job responsibilities
- Managing Amazon Business Customer Representatives throughout ramp and ready states
- Managing projects processes and programs to improve team
- and site-level performance against key operational metrics.
- Work on strategies and improvements to meet and/or achieving production and performance goals.
- Identifying and eliminating barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality.
- Solving complex customer interactions and proactively detect negative trends.
- Lead the team to Deliver Results by executing daily, weekly, and monthly targets in support of operating objectives.
- Understand and mechanize the inputs and outputs of the business
- Constantly strive to raise the bar in terms of talent, execution, process design, goals, and incentives
- Continually build-out and documentation of infrastructure and process of acquiring and on-boarding Amazon Business customers, balancing strong and standard execution with Invent & Simplify
- Present results in weekly and monthly Business Review meetings to key internal stakeholders and executives
