As a Professional Services Implementation Manager you will oversee a portion of the Amazon Business Professional Services organization, the SJO Implementation team.
The Implementation team helps organizations transform how they view and manage their procurement by utilizing innovative Amazon Business (AB) features. They work with executives, procurement and finance leadership to include Amazon Business as a key part of purchasing strategies, tools, and processes. They are experts in AB solutions and they structure programs that incorporate AB into existing purchasing processes and/or develop new processes to improve efficiencies and reduce costs.
This role will be based in San Jose, Costa Rica (SJO).
Key job responsibilities
- People Management; Leads and develops a team of Customer Success Managers; responsible for customer Amazon Business implementations
- Assist in creating Amazon Business Professional Services’ annual planning deliverables and reporting.
- Optimize implementation team execution including personnel assignment, project scheduling, and timely deliver.
- Critically evaluate and improve Professional Service processes with a goal to reduce unproductive time and improve customer project impact.
- Design Voice of the Customer mechanisms to influence product roadmap.
- Lead the strategic direction of new initiatives to grow the impact of Professional Services.
- Maintain strategic alignment with internal teams, especially sales teams.
- Deep knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutions
- Experience developing implementation delivery methodologies
