RESUMEN DEL ROL
El SHP adopta una visión holística de la asociación con las instituciones / sistemas de salud priorizados para colaborar en iniciativas que satisfagan las necesidades de atención médica de los pacientes atendidos por las instituciones / sistemas y permitan la disponibilidad de medicamentos Pfizer a través de discusiones / acuerdos comerciales. La mentalidad del SHP está impulsada por la centralidad en el cliente, la agilidad y la colaboración tanto con los equipos internos como con las partes interesadas externas. El ámbito geográfico incluirá Costa Rica.
RESPONSABILIDADES DEL ROL
Instituciones claves de Salud Medica / sistemas de atención
Identifique a los clientes clave, incluida la toma de decisiones / influenciadores, KOL’s, la red de sociedades médicas. Comprender las necesidades, desafíos y prioridades de las instituciones claves. Responsable de comprometerse con integridad con socios comerciales en las actividades y necesidades cotidianas, evaluando oportunidades y amenazas. Liderar la relación de mediano y largo plazo entre la institución ejecutiva superior y el sistema para convertirse en el asesor comercial de confianza. El SHP ofrece adecuados SMEs (Experto en la materia) y otras facilidades de Pfizer para abordar las necesidades de los clientes. Ayudar a identificar socios de largo plazo que apoyarán la sostenibilidad del negocio y un acceso más rápido para los pacientes en CAC.
Liderazgo
1. Tener una visión a corto/medio/largo plazo del negocio de Pfizer, alineándose a través de Pfizer BU (Unidades de Negocio).
2. Asegurar la atención al cliente a través de interacciones tanto presenciales como virtuales.
3. Responsable de identificar áreas de interés conjunto que apoyen las necesidades legítimas no satisfechas de los pacientes.
4. Al asociarse con los equipos multifuncionales de Pfizer, el SHP lidera el desarrollo de un plan estratégico, táctico y holístico para la institución / cliente y la co-creación de soluciones innovadoras para cumplir las prioridades sanitarias de instituciones claves en aquellas áreas de interés común que apoyan todas las necesidades legítimas no satisfechas de los pacientes.
CUALIFICACIONES BÁSICAS
- Profesional de la Salud con más de 5 años de experiência comprobada, en Instituciones Públicas o Acceso al Mercado.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal, escrita y oral; capacidad de ofrecer ideas de una manera convincente; y comunicarse con tacto y diplomacia
- Experiência en gestión de proyectos y pensamiento estratégico, con capacidad para demostrar impacto e impulsar toma de decisiones rápida y basada en hechos y resultados.
- Atención excepcional al detalle y excelentes habilidades de organización.
- Trabajo en equipo: capacidad para coordinar, contribuir y trabajar dentro de un equipo multifuncional.
- Capacidad para prosperar en un entorno dinámico y acelerado.
- Capaz de priorizar tareas y administrar múltiples proyectos de principio a fin con mínima supervisión.
- Debe poder ejercer la confidencialidad y juicio discrecional de manera estricta.
- Conocimiento robusto del ecosistema de salud y las instituciones públicas de atención médica.
- Orientado a objetivos con habilidades básicas de servicio al cliente, iniciativa, planificación y seguimiento, gestión del trabajo y resolución de juicios / problemas.
- Demuestra agilidad al cambio, responsabilidad, recibe/solicita retroalimentación.
- Experiência en formas ágiles de trabajo y pensamiento analítico (necesario).
- Manejo competente de Office (necesario) y presentación de informes (deseable).
CALIFICACIONES PREFERIDAS
- Licenciado en Salud Pública, Ciencias de la Vida, Administración de Empresas, Economía de la Salud o Epidemiología.
Máster en cualquiera de estas áreas es un plus, así como una certificación de grado Pensamiento Estratégico, Agile, SCRUM, Transformación Digital, Negociación.
