We are a leading organization in the E-Commerce industry, seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Strategist to join our team. As a member of our Strategic Account Services (SAS) team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our program.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the E-Commerce industry and a proven ability to drive business growth through strategic planning and execution. They will be responsible for building strong relationships with Selling Partners, providing expert guidance and support, and identifying opportunities to improve business input metrics that drive growth and enhance the end customer experience.
- Selling Partner Support and Business Growth:
- - Deliver results in a cross-functional environment
- - Identify and action improvements to business input metrics
- - Provide advice on how to enhance Selling Partner performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling Partner Relationship Management:
- - Build strong relationships with Selling Partners
- - Act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for issues, questions, and concerns
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in E-Commerce, Corporate Retail, Consulting, and/or B2B
- E-Commerce experience preferred
- Strong service mindset and ability to use metrics to measure service levels
