**¿Cuál es el Rol?**

Liderar el área de Grandes Empresas para el sector móvil y fijo de todo el país, velando por alcanzar las metas comerciales establecidas a través de una gestión integral de su equipo de trabajo y de clientes corporativos.

Es responsable de definir la estrategia y planes de trabajo para la gestión comercial de los canales directos e indirectos de Grandes Empresas.

**Responsabilidades**:
**¿Cómo agregarás valor?**
- Definiendo las estrategias de comercialización de productos y servicios fijo / móvil para Grandes Empresas de acuerdo con los objetivos y metas de la compañía integrada.
- Motivando, dirigiendo y apoyando a su equipo de ejecutivos de cuenta de tal manera que superen los objetivos fijados tanto individuales como de equipo.
- Gestionando y manteniendo un relacionamiento óptimo con los clientes de su cartera de cuentas siguiendo las normas éticas y procesos de la compañía integrada.
- Liderando la gestión óptima de clientes corporativos con otras áreas como preventa, postventa, cobros, clientes, etc.
- Garantizando la generación óptima de propuestas personalizadas y generales para los clientes corporativos del sector fijo y móvil.
- Gestionando los clientes corporativos ante necesidades tanto comerciales como de servicio.
- Trabajando en conjunto con el área de marketing para la definición de productos, servicios y precios a comercializar en el mercado de grandes empresas del segmento fijo y móvil.
- Velando por el cumplimiento de las normas de rentabilidad dentro de los productos y servicios ofrecidos en general.
- Aprobando descuentos para la cartera de grandes empresas según los procesos establecidos por la compañía integrada.
- Cumpliendo y generando de estrategia de comercialización de productos y servicios para clientes de grandes empresas.
- Velando por el cumplimiento del presupuesto de ventas y churn para la cartera de clientes corporativos.
- Garantizando la actualización constante de los sistemas CRM de su equipo de trabajo. Gestión de resultados a través de los sistemas oficiales de información.
- Liderar en negocios y en la ejecución de las estrategias de ventas y marketing.
- Garantizando que los valores corporativos se refuercen dentro del área de Grandes Empresas a través de la comunicación, entrenamiento y desarrollo del personal.
- Coordinando con el Gerente Senior B2B las estrategias y tácticas a implementar dentro del área de ventas corporativas.
- Negociando con clientes corporativos y apoyando a los ejecutivos de cuenta en el cierre de negocios para el área de grandes empresas.
- Gestionando la cartera de Gobierno y ONG’s a través de los ejecutivos de cuenta dedicados a su atención.
- Apoyando a los ejecutivos de cuenta en procesos de negociaciones complejas, licitaciones o proyectos especiales solicitados por clientes del área de grandes empresas.
- Gestionando la cartera Wholesale o mayorista a través de los ejecutivos de cuenta dedicados a su atención.
- Asignando cartera de clientes equitativa para sus ejecutivos de cuenta.
- Actuando como responsable de las estrategias de cross-selling y up-selling para clientes de grandes empresas existentes.
- Coordinando cualquier otra función afín requerida por necesidad de la empresa, derivada de cambios en las operaciones de negocio.

Calificaciones:
**¿Qué necesitas?**
- Licenciatura en profesiones afines al puesto tales como Administración de Negocios, Empresas o afines.
- Dominio avanzado del idioma inglés.
- Dominio del paquete office 365.
- Tres (3) años de experiência en puestos gerenciales en el área comercial en empresas del sector telecomunicaciones y/o Tecnología gestionando clientes del sector corporativo y gobierno.
- Experiência en el manejo de equipos de trabajo de al menos 10 personas.
- Conocimiento formal de técnicas de ventas y de negociación
- Facilidad de palabra y facilidad para dar presentaciones en público.
