Join Our Team as a Sr. Program Manager at SBAT Team


The Strategic Account Services (SAS) organization works closely with Sellers to enhance the Amazon customer experience. Our goal is to boost seller growth by improving selection, catalog quality, Prime commitment, deals, and advertising spend. We also provide education on account health to drive overall growth.

At SAS, we focus on innovation and improvement across technology, processes, and people to offer top-notch services to our Sellers. We are dedicated to enhancing Seller engagement, satisfaction, and building scalable solutions.


The SAS Business Accelerator Team (SBAT) is dedicated to accelerating the 3P Flywheel inputs through strategic initiatives and a relentless focus on inputs.

We are committed to providing excellent services to SAS Sellers through programs that concentrate on the growth flywheel, in collaboration with SAS CSM teams and internal Amazon teams.

SBAT strives to streamline CSMs' tasks through automation and centralization, along with standardizing initiatives to enable SAS teams to deliver services efficiently at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute programs focused on delivering new and existing features, processes, products, or systems with high ownership
  • Apply analytical skills to identify trends and business impact and develop projects to address root causes
  • Drive complex projects focusing on results and measuring outcomes
  • Design scaled processes by gathering requirements and defining milestones for successful project delivery
  • Influence stakeholders to ensure project delivery and success
  • Identify and mitigate risks and obstacles within projects
  • Drive accountability and progress on program actions through active engagement and escalation
  • Conduct effective meetings and communicate plans clearly and concisely
  • Transform thoughts into clear documentation and requirements
  • Audit activities impacting selling partners and drive process improvement

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of program management experience in leading initiatives and driving team accountability
  • Proven track record of building relationships and delivering results
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in change management and strategy development
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Master's degree in a related field is a plus
  • Six Sigma certification is a plus
