Position Overview:

As a Senior Strategic Account Manager, you will collaborate with sellers to provide guidance and insights aimed at boosting their Amazon businesses. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing joint business plans, discovering new strategies for growth, and identifying operational enhancements. Your strong client management skills, data utilization capabilities, and agility in managing multiple workflows will be crucial in driving value and growth for our sellers.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Analyze data and trends to maximize the potential of your assigned portfolio of Sellers.
  • Lead business strategy development and design long term account plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Build strong relationships with sellers and act as a trusted advisor and business advocate.
  • Drive prioritization internally by advocating for the customer based on data and anecdotes.
  • Define success criteria, understand sellers' business needs, and enhance team efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Corporate Retail, Customer Success, Account Management, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (oral and written).
  • Proven track record in building customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and utilizing data for decision-making.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and project management.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in E-Commerce, Corporate Retail, Consulting, or B2B.
  • Proficiency in territory/account management and strategy development.
  • Knowledge of retail metrics and business decision-making formulas.
  • Experience with analytical and productivity tools such as Tableau, Oracle BI, SalesForce, and Microsoft Office.
  • Background in program/project management and Scrum.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
