Description
- Responsible for driving revenue and boosting profitability in the designated territory.
- Initiates opportunities by reaching out to existing and potential customers through outbound calls.
- Proficient in analyzing P&L metrics to make sound pricing decisions in collaboration with the Inside Account Executive/Sr. Inside Account Executive.
- Makes strategic transactional decisions to enhance the territory's profitability with guidance from the Inside Account Executive/Sr. Inside Account Executive when necessary.
- Collaborates with the field sales team to respond to RFPs, present proposals, and deliver QBR presentations.
- Conducts thorough account research to assess the value and future potential of the assigned territory and new customer targets.
- Establishes and nurtures relationships with customers at various levels within the organization.
- Maintains detailed account profiles and identifies opportunities to introduce additional solution offerings.
- Builds strong internal relationships with different supporting departments.
- Capable of recognizing and escalating potential issues to the Inside Account Executive/Sr. Inside Account Executive promptly.
- Develops documentation for sales accounts and delegates repetitive tasks to internal support teams.
Preferred Experience and Education (Years & Type):
- 4-year degree with a focus on Sales/Marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication in English and French.
