Trilingual Inside Account Rep

- Responsible for driving revenue and profitability growth in the designated territory
- Generates opportunities through outbound calling to existing and potential customers
- Understands P&L metrics and makes pricing decisions with approval from Inside Account Executive
- Makes beneficial decisions for territory profitability with guidance from Inside Account Executive when needed
- Coordinates with field sales team for RFP responses, proposals, and presentations
- Conducts account research to identify opportunities in the territory
- Builds and maintains relationships with customers at different levels
- Creates detailed account profiles and identifies additional solution offerings
- Develops procedures for sales accounts and offloads tasks to support teams
- High School Graduate
- Works well under pressure and high workloads
- Displays preference for social interactions
- Provides accurate and timely responses
- Collaborates effectively in a team
- Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills
- Shows professionalism and business maturity
- Identifies creative solutions to issues
- Has strong communication and negotiation skills
- Adaptable to change
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Conducts business analysis and account planning
