Trilingual Inside Account Representative

- Responsible for boosting revenue and profit growth in the assigned region.
- Generates opportunities through outbound calls to customers in the territory and potential new targets.
- Understands P&L metrics and makes pricing decisions with approval from Inside Account Executive/Sr. Inside Account Executive.
- Makes beneficial decisions for territory profitability with guidance from Executives when needed.
- Collaborates with field sales team to handle RFPs, provide proposals, and presentations.
- Conducts basic account research to identify opportunities in the territory and new targets.
- Develops relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Maintains detailed account profiles and identifies opportunities for additional offerings.
- Builds relationships with internal departments like vendor management, finance, and purchasing.
- Highlights potential issues to Executives in a timely manner.
- Creates documentation for sales accounts and delegates tasks to support teams.
- High School/G.E.D. Certification plus 3 years of relevant experience or 2 Year Degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred: 4-year degree with Sales/Marketing focus and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must communicate effectively in English and French.
- Works well under pressure, enjoys interacting with people, and maintains high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborates effectively, demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills.
- Shows professionalism, business maturity, and creativity in problem-solving.
- Communicates clearly and negotiates persuasively.
- Adapts to changes in a high-paced work environment.
- Has good data entry skills and demonstrates critical thinking.
- Maintains confidentiality and adjusts to varying tasks effectively.
- Has an advanced use of relevant computer systems and applications.
