Cette opportunité peut être éloignée dans un rayon de 5 heures de Cincinnati pour accueillir des réunions mensuelles sur place.

**Responsabilités**

Le **directeur exécutif, Développement de la marque - Commerce de** détail exige un état d'esprit de « start-up »; est un véritable rôle autonome, exige la capacité de collaborer en tant que membre d'une équipe et de bien travailler de manière indépendante, peut avoir accès à, établir des relations avec et influencer stratégiquement la haute direction de clients de détail nouveaux et potentiels. Travaillant en étroite collaboration avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, ce rôle nécessite le développement de solutions commerciales uniques fondées sur la proposition de valeur de détail de Catalina. Les principales fonctions comprennent, sans toutefois s'y limiter:

- Évangéliser le nouveau portefeuille transformé de solutions basées sur le numérique, les données et l'analyse de Catalina
- Démontrer une solide connaissance pratique du marketing de détail, des opérations et des principes de gestion des catégories dans une gamme de secteurs verticaux de vente au détail, y compris les dépanneurs, les masses, les dollars, les animaux de compagnie, les produits naturels et biologiques, l'épicerie et les médicaments, entre autres.
- Travailler dans un environnement d'équipe pour définir et définir une stratégie, identifier et engager les ressources internes requises pour atteindre les objectifs, et adopter et atteindre de manière agressive les objectifs d'expansion du réseau de vente au détail
- Comprendre et articuler une proposition de valeur et un ensemble de solutions complexes et détaillées nécessitant des modifications pour s'aligner sur les différentes exigences des clients
- S'engager à établir des partenariats à long terme avec les clients
- Pénétrer et établir des relations au sein de la haute direction des nouveaux comptes de détail assignés
- Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes interfonctionnelles d'analyse, de produits et de technologie de Catalina pour développer des solutions personnalisées visant à résoudre les problèmes de marketing de fidélisation des partenaires de vente au détail.
- Sécuriser les réunions avec les décideurs et établir de solides relations internes avec de multiples parties prenantes
- Élaborer et présenter des propositions à valeur ajoutée à des clients particuliers
- Démontrer son engagement à utiliser le processus CRM interne pour maximiser la croissance de l'entreprise
- Participer à des associations industrielles dans le but d'étendre la marque Catalina, de prospection de nouveaux comptes et de développer des partenariats

**Qualifications**
- Baccalauréat requis, maîtrise un plus
- 8 à 10 ans d'expérience en vente / marketing dans l'industrie de la vente au détail aux États-Unis, les médias numériques, l'accent sur le marketing, la promotion ou les ventes
- Expérience dans les canaux C-store
- Compétences détaillées et disciplinées en matière de rapports et de communication
- Expérience avérée dans le développement de relations avec les clients, les collègues et les partenaires commerciaux
- Diriger des équipes interfonctionnelles vers un objectif commun dans le cadre des directives établies
- Solides compétences analytiques et souci du détail
- Gestion budgétaire, compétences en projection financière
- Capacité de travailler indépendamment de la supervision et de prendre des décisions d'une grande variété et complexité
- Capable d'effectuer professionnellement des présentations de vente multimédia
- Sens aigu de l'organisation et de la gestion du temps
- Solide connaissance pratique d'Excel et maîtrise d'autres logiciels de base (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Fonctionne avec un sens élevé de l'urgence tout en maintenant un état d'esprit stratégique
- Expérience et compréhension démontrées des contrats
