- As a critical player in our global marketing engine, you will have the opportunity to contribute to and influence digital campaigns globally.
- You will be responsible for campaign content creation, production, testing, delivery, and optimization. You will focus on creating and testing promotional campaign content, delivering on projects across multiple deadlines, and making recommendations for improvement to content and workflows to meet overall program goals and business KPIs.
- Developing a large amount of static digital social kits and promo content across campaigns in a timely manner using brand approved templates
- Building out digital social kits in Adobe Illustrator
- Building out marketing collateral in Adobe InDesign / Illustrator such as eBooks, white papers, solution briefs and other “hero assets” based on brand templates
- Building out animation / videos in After Effects / Illustrator / Premiere Pro in collaboration with Campaign Team Video Specialist and campaign team leads that can be customized to use across campaign content
- Working with campaign team leads and the VMware Brand Team to ensure brand compliance across all content produced
- Collaborating with campaign team leads to ensure program benchmarks are met, project queues are running efficiently, and stakeholders receive content on time
- Collaborating weekly with Global Integrated Campaigns team members to align on content production priorities and maintain content standards
- Track and manage progress of multiple projects with varying deadlines and ensure efficiency of campaign content build process to ensure timelines are adhered to and communicated across our stakeholders
- Ongoing communications with key stakeholders ensuring awareness of content release timelines, insights from rollout in market and ongoing sharing of content best practices
- Partner within Global Integrated Campaign team on campaign content innovation projects to show success of new formats.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years working in an agency environment as a content creator or in-house at a company in a similar role with a strong portfolio of animated video work
- Strong experience working in Adobe Creative Suite - especially in After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
- Passionate content creator with strong operational background/knowledge working in graphic design and a proven track record of creating content that performs well in market and drives strong campaign metrics
- Experience with animation and video editing is also preferred
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proven project management skillset is essential
- Proven success working and adapting in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Ability to remain flexible through changes as we continuously adapt to meet stakeholder demands
- Strong communication skills at all levels is required.
