The Influencer Marketing Specialist assists The Head of Influencer Marketing and Partnerships with holistic influencer marketing management and Partnerships. As the Influencer Marketing Specialist, you focus on influencers and content creators that can drive sales across various channels.

The Influencer Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in scaling our influencer program to establish a stable of 1,000 active influencers consistently posting content for LilyAna Naturals. This role will contribute to the growth and success of the brand by managing influencer relationships and strategically leveraging their reach to increase brand awareness and sales.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
- Communicate actively and on-brand with potential influencers
- Organize shipments of products to new potential influencers
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
- Develop content ideas and write and curate content
- Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audiences, and users
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers
- Liaising with the marketing team and operations teams to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
- In depth knowledge of the social media marketing industry
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized with great time management skills
- Outstanding project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Networking aptitude
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or any similar field

Pay: From ₡3,787.00 per hour
