Join the Global Proposal Services team and work with a team of skilled proposal and project managers to revolutionize the art of creating winning proposals. This team focuses on developing top-notch proposals to support the ServiceNow sales team in becoming the leading software company of this century.
Role
Join a global team of expert proposal professionals in a fast-growing sales community to craft persuasive, successful proposals.
What you will do in this role:
- Lead collaborative, cross-functional teams to develop proposals
- Produce proposals & responses to customer requests
- Drive the proposal process, meet deadlines, and ensure quality and compliance
- Manage diverse sales teams through proposal development
- Lead proposals for Latin American sales engagements
To succeed in this role, you need:
- Fluency in English and Spanish for communication
- 5+ years of proposal building experience
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Advanced MS Word skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
- B.S./B.A. degree
- Proficiency in Proposal Automation Software
