We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our North America FP&A team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting region-wide planning functions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage non-technology OPEX costs in forecasting, month-end close, budgeting, and communicating savings plans with the FSD financial planning and analysis team.
- Support month-end, forecasting, and budget analysis for non-technology costs labor recharges.
- Partner with the FSD department product team on multiple revenue-related cost areas.
- Manage global allocations from a financial perspective, including partner support with regional, corporate, and central finance teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Certified Public Accountant, or a related field is ideal.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in Finance, including PnL OpEx accounts for month-end cycle, forecast analysis, and budget preparation.
- Experience handling high volumes of data and meeting tight deadlines.
- Promote continuous improvements in forecast accuracy, process efficiencies, and system automations.
- Hyperion data pulling experience, Microsoft Access, Power BI, and Tableau knowledge is ideal.
- Critical thinking and the ability to create accurate and useful reports, with enthusiasm for translating data into relevant insights.
- Interact at all levels, manage projects end-to-end, and experience getting results, organizing, and prioritizing deadlines.
- Excel skills required; experience with financial systems and tools, including OBIEE, Hyperion Planning/Essbase, and SmartView.
