Estamos buscando a una persona con pasión y dedicación para el puesto de General Services Assistant-Costa Rica que asistirá al departamento de Workplace Experience, brindará información y asistencia adecuadas de acuerdo con las pautas del PMI.

Tu día a día

  • Manejar la recepción de las oficinas de Philip Morris Costa Rica ente ello el teléfono y los visitantes.
  • Manejo de recepción de facturas por parte de proveedores y clientes internos.
  • Apoyo en eventos empresariales.
  • Brindar atención a los clientes y proveedores.
  • Manejo de órdenes de compra, seguimiento a proveedores recepción de bienes y servicios.
  • Seguimiento a los temas de mejoramiento del edificio.
  • Apoyo y gestión de todo el material fungible y suministros.
  • Control de insumos de cafetería, oficina y limpieza.
  • Coordinación de mensajería
  • Coordinar reuniones, videoconferencias y llamadas de conferencias a tiempo (sala de reuniones, recursos, equipos, catering) alineadas al presupuesto
  • Soporte en actividades a otros departamentos internos.
Estamos buscando a

  • Bachiller Universitario en áreas como Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras a fin (inclusive puede ser estudiante actual).
  • 2+ años de experiência demostrable en puestos similares de recepción, secretariado, asistencia administrativa, etc.
  • Dominio de las herramientas de Microsoft Office.
  • Nível de Inglés Intermedio
  • Avanzado.
  • Experiência en manejo de inventarios de insumos y consumibles.
  • Experiência en generación de controles documentales.
  • Conocimiento en SAP.
  • Buenas habilidades interpersonales.
  • Disponibilidad de trabajar de L-V 8 a.m. a 5 p.m. de manera 100% presencial.
