What you will do:

  • Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analysing inventory movement trends and assessing the financial health of the DC.
  • Oversee the operations, creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures and inventory valuations.
  • Preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
  • FIFO & LIFO Management and Warehousing Stock audit.
  • Review the available onhand inventories based on identifiable cost layers and create the policies for the same.
  • Mediate between the organization, investors and client stakeholders, on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences.
  • Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the Hub's finances.
  • Perfrom continues reconciliation and accuracy check of perpetual inventory stock quantity records of material control and accounting purposes.
  • Supervise the documentation of the Hub's financial status and create inventory valuation reports for the leadership team.
  • Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the DC's inventory status and financial forecast.

What you should bring:

Education:


Minimum bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Finance, Business or similar stream or a combination of high school education and relevant experience.

MBA/Diploma in Supply Chain Finance is a plus.

Experience:

5-8 years of experience in supply chain finance or 5-7 years of experience in inventory management.

Proficient with MS Excel, pricing management tools, concepts of inventory layering.

Languages:
Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
