Resumen:
¿Cuál es el rol?
Ser el líder del área de Servide Desk (mesa de ayuda), con una sólida formación técnica combinada con experiência en servicio al cliente interno (externo es un plus).
Una actitud de resolución de problemas con la capacidad de motivar a su equipo de trabajo para lograr objetivos específicos.
Responsabilidades:
¿Qué vas a hacer?
- Planear, gestionar y controlar los servicios prestados por la Mesa de Ayuda.
- Generar los reportes de gestión del servicio apoyado con la Plataforma Liberty CR.
- Controlar y mantener actualizados los inventarios de hardware, software de toda la plataforma TI, (CMDB-Plataforma Liberty CR).
- Controlar la instalación y actualización (versión) del software que se distribuye a los usuarios. (Plataforma Liberty CR)
- Cumplir con los estándares y SLA ́s que se establecen con las áreas del negocio.
- Recomendar mejoras de éstos relacionadas con el servicio.
- Documentar los nuevos requerimientos y nuevas soluciones que surjan en la atención a los usuarios para alimentar la Base de Conocimiento.
- Notificar tendencias y funcionamiento del proceso de problemas y configuraciones
- Presentar agendas de capacitación y/o entrenamiento formal para el equipo de trabajo.
- Presentar informes periódicamente (según proceso establecido) de la gestión.
Calificaciones:
Conocimiento y Experiência
- Bachiller en Ingenieria en Sistemas / Informática, Telecomunicaciones o afines
- Conocimientos en ITIL. Deseable con certificación
- Experiência en la administración de equipos de soporte y mesa de ayuda (Deseable).
- Conocimiento en Sistemas Operativos Microsoft y Linux
- Manejo intermedio/ avanzado del idioma inglés
- Licencia de conducir (preferible)
- Experiência liderando equipos de trabajo
