The Associate- Service Desk Specialist is responsible for answering calls, chats, working on Incidents, and Service Requests. Gathers all the required information and document in the ticket, selecting the proper categorization. Major focus on First Call Resolution (FCR).

Responsibilities

Answer phone calls ensuring minimal abandoned calls.Provide quick resolution to the users maintaining high-level of customer satisfaction.Ensure proper documentation in every ticket.Assigning the tickets to the relevant team for further troubleshooting. 70%

Monitor the service desk queue and voicemails/chats to ensure a timely and appropriate response. 20%

Act as the first point-of-contact for all the users.Build relationship with the users by providing accurate and right information.Achieve and maintain call targets. 10%

Education

Required: Bachelor; Computer Science

Language

Required: English

Experience

Required: 0-2 years of experience working in similar environment. Basic knowledge of AD, Windows, MS Office etc.. Office, IE.Basic IT Infastructure Library (ITIL) knowledge. Strong typing skills, Excellent communication skills, Multi-tasking and detail-oriented.
