We are seeking a valuable addition to the RMO (Retail Money Orders) Team in the role of Senior Coordinator Product Operations. Responsibilities include maintaining high-quality customer service, ensuring proper documentation for all transactions, investigating issues, and providing resolutions.

Role Responsibilities

  • Process settlements and customer refunds accurately.
  • Maintain valid supporting documents for payments.
  • Analyze and address root causes of operational inquiries.
  • Follow company policies related to accounting and risk management.
  • Provide resolutions for complex customer claim scenarios.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are a must.
  • Capable of handling a high volume of work.

Role Requirements

  • Receive job-specific training to understand money order trends.
  • Proficiency in English at B2+ or C1 level.
  • Preferably higher education or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Adaptability to changes and working under tight deadlines.
  • Open to ongoing change.
