We are seeking an individual to offer crucial support to the RMO operation as a Specialist Product Operations, responsible for product support, validating money order escalations, and fostering proactive collaborations with departments like settlement, accounting, and agent management.

Role Responsibilities

  • Your daily tasks will involve analyzing escalated cases to provide solutions for complex product support and money order processes, utilizing your expertise and networks for optimal outcomes.
  • You will manage written communications and analyze balance data for settlement, accounting, and agent management teams, partners, and internal units while ensuring top-notch service delivery.
  • Not only will you ensure adherence to processes and procedures, but you will also review and enhance them, identifying effective approaches and resolving or preventing escalations by offering tools, training, or support to teams escalating cases.
  • Handle reinstatement requests and associated issues.
  • Create and analyze reports.

Role Requirements

  • While job-specific training will be provided, an understanding of trends in money orders, settlement, and accounting is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English at a level of B2+ or C1 is essential for this role.
  • Preferably, possess higher education or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication, time management, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities and adept at working under pressure.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Aptitude for handling escalations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to constant change.
